It was such a fun/hot night! LuAnn and Amber gave us each a cute flower for greeting our kids on the first day of school. It had a really cute poem attached to it. Thanks so much ladies!!!
I was excited at the end of the night to find that my car WAS still in Valet Parking! I was so frazzled trying to park in the "big city". I absolutely hate driving and didn't get my driver's license until about a week before student teaching. I avoid driving in the city as much as I can. Last night after I circled Brit's 3 times, I saw a Valet Parking sign. I pulled my car up to it and gave him my key. BOY am I trusting. Thinking about it later, he could have easily been a random guy with a sign. LOL! My car was PACKED full with all my teaching bins. I was embarrassed but you do what you gotta do!
It was a great night and I am excited to get together with these fun ladies again! :) We are going to be doing a give-away with some other more bloggers that were not able to make it. Watch for that soon!
Finally, I changed the look of my blog today? What do you think? Do you have suggestions for me? Does anyone have tips on how to make a blog button? I had help with the last one and can't figure it out again.
Enjoy your weekend!
Sara
Glad your car was OK :)
