So...this post is so random and so not school related. It's been such a crazy last two weeks in our house. I have had conferences and had to put my family on hold. In addition to that I was working on things for school. Today was such a fun day...and I didn't do ANYTHING related to school at all. We took the boys to the Mall of America and it was CRAZY! I have NEVER seen so many people there at once. My boys have been growing like weeds, so my oldest needed new clothes. My youngest busted out of his shoes, so he needed to pick some new ones out. Hundreds of dollars later we had two happy boys. After our shopping adventure, we headed to the Ice Castles in the Mall of America parking lot. It was the best thing we have done together, in a long time. Being the photography freak I am, I took over 400 pictures in the short hour that we were there. People kept coming up to me asking me if I would take pictures of their families because I appeared to look like I knew what I was doing with my camera. Okay...I was a little obsessed. My son says, "A little????" I am sharing a couple of my favorites with you! I hope you are all having a great weekend. :)
WOW! I live in NY now, but I'm originally from MN, I've never seen the ice castles at MOA. Your pictures are great, I have to get back to MN to see them sometime! Thanks for sharing. ☺

First Grade is Fantabulous!
Thanks Tanya! You will for sure have to come and visit them when you are here. I would recommend going at night. It's probably cool during the day too, but the changing lights were awesome! I bet you have had more "winter" weather in New York and have gotten more snow days than us. :)
